Green Screen
Green Screen
If your event needs to have a separate look and feel to the main Studio, we also have Green Screen facilities available, which enables you to place your host, panel or entertainment in any location you choose – real world, or imaginary!
Whilst the LED backdrop to the main Studio offers great flexibility for creative content displays, the versatility of the green screen floor and backdrop means you can make the space incredibly immersive and let your creative juices run wild and can even be used to support an augmented reality display.

Little changes such as adding banners across the bottom of the screen to announce who the presenter is, like you see on the news, can make big differences. We are always happy to provide suggestions for ways your design team can help create and utilise the content, slide templates, graphics and overlays if required.

Whilst many events are happy to utilise whatever equipment the remote participants have to hand, to get a more professional solution our home presenter kits (comprising various equipment options including microphones, cameras, laptops, lighting, DJ equipment and backdrops) can also be supplied to increase the production quality where required.
Autocue

Any presenters with experience in a TV studio environment will be familiar with the presence of an autocue system and may even request this facility as part of their participation in your event. For those that are less experienced in a studio environment, autocue may be a welcomed support in an unfamiliar situation. This is a solution that can be easily added to your chosen Studio package.

Virtual events are increasingly complex and the one thing you can’t afford is for there to be any ‘dead air’ in your broadcast. A show caller is a very important role within virtual events and is a bit like a conductor who coordinates all the different parts of an orchestra. A good show caller will brief & rehearse with anyone involved with the event and then ‘call’ the cues in the script / running order to the technicians and presenters so that everything runs to time and every element is delivered seamlessly. We can either supply a show caller for your event or are happy to work alongside a show caller of your choice.

With our mobile broadcasting and pop-up studio setups, whether it’s a presenter ‘on location’, a business update live from your office, or even a TV-style studio in a factory, we can provide a cost-effective solution to stream your event from anywhere you wish!
